I just received it and this is my third purchase, it's really great, I use it daily, I am very satisfied. I apply it after using an eye moisturizer. Very effective.
It needs a triple A battery that is not included. I bought it to massage my eyes to break down the fat when I heat it on the eyelids to help stop dry eye. I think it will work.
It is small and manageable and has a very light vibration.
The product arrived in a bulk package but was well packed and not damaged. I thank the seller for their care. It's a gift for my daughter, but I looked inside the box. The color is white, which is what I wanted. I installed the batteries - it works, but the vibration of the metal massage ball is very gentle. Is this how it should be? We'll see what my daughter says. I recommend the seller and the massager. Give it a try.
